RESOURCES & PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH, FAMILY AND COMMUNITY

CRP's Resources and Programs for Youth, Family and Community provides a broad range of services designed to help young people and families achieve their unique human potential, and to foster success and personal achievement.

Individual programs support youth, families and parents in succeeding in school and/or career, avoiding drugs and alcohol, securing gainful employment, participating constructively in their communities and improving the overall quality of their lives.  Our focus is on identifying an individual's strengths and accomplishments to overcome psychological, social, cultural and environmental barriers that might negatively impact their success.

Resources and programs include:  Counseling & Prevention;  Gang Intervention; Workforce Development;  and  Program Training.

Each program provides some combination of:  Youth Leadership; Individual,  Family and Group Counseling; Academic and/or Job Skill Development; Parent Education; Mentoring; Life Skills Training; and Community Leadership.

Our staff includes: a licensed Clinical Psychologist,  Master's level Counselors and Master's level  Counseling Interns, teachers, family and youth advocates, social workers, and youth crew supervisors, all experienced in working with  diversity of youth and families.
